Newest Offerings

My friend who had dibbs on looking at my light boxes first bought two. WOO HOO! The one pictured is the last one to find a home. I changed him up a bit from his last picture, I added the bear. I have listed him on my Etsy shop. He turned out great. I want to thank Lucy's Lazy Dayz Primitives for the pattern. I love taking a pattern and making it my own. I also listed this darling rusty garlands. They are 2 1/2 feet long and have over 20 stars/hearts on each stand. I have listed the garlands on Etsy and on my Supplies page. The possibilities for these are endless. The star garland is the same garland I use in my light box.

I hope everyone has a safe and Happy Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. Here's hoping you have the bestest day ever. The Broncos are on TV yeah we are playing the Giants, I'm keeping my fingers crossed. With four losses in a row we need a win. Have fun enjoying the holiday.

New Vintage Offerings

I just love old. I have added these two vintage finds to my Etsy shop. The beaters are a toy and measure only 5 3/4 inches tall and the baby shoes, well they were hard to part with. I can't keep everything even though I try. Stop by for a peek and all the details when you can.

Snowmen Light Boxes

Finally I finished my snowmen light boxes. I made them using a pattern by Lucy's Lazy Dayz Primitives. I think they turned out great. And I love the old wood cheese box that all the goodies sit in. Their tags read: Americana Winter, Welcome Winter and A Few Of My Favorite Things each one is different. I like the one in the center on the plain side myself. You can always add some of your own trims. I have a someone who has called first dibs. After she looks I'll post them looking for a new home. Happy Holidays!

Whatcha Working On Wednesday

I'm working on one of the things I do best, shopping. I was just shopping over on Etsy and look what I bought. I love stamps and they last forever unless you lose them. I really like the button ones. I see them stamped down the front of a muslin doll dress or on a tag for a pin cushion. I just buy things when I see them and it always works out. One can never have to many supplies. Stop by Etsy its a great place for all things handmade.

Tell Me Your Thoughts ...............

Friday I got the bug to hit a few antique malls and of course a few JoAnn's also. Duh! At my house its a given that if I'm headed to town JoAnn's is on the list. I found this childs some kind of fake fur coat in my travels. Its hard to tell from the picture but it has a pattern on it. Just some longer threads in rows. Its hard to see. My first thought was to cut it up and make bears out of it but now I'm re thinking it. Its so darn cute and would look darling on one my girlfriends, maybe a snowgirl. Or should I sell it as is. Tell me your thoughts.

Pumpkin Head At Her New Home .........

Look at Pumkin Head at her new home. Doesn't she look happy.
She was given a home by a good customer of mine and owner of pRiMGoOdiEs. If you look close you'll see a few of my handmades in the picture. She's one lucky girl to have gotten such a good home. Many thanks to pRiMGoOdiEs for giving many of my handmades a home and for sharing her photo with us.
